Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Returns

At Desisasta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear, etc.) for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@boohoostyle.com
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return
  3. Receive a return authorization number and return shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Attach the return shipping label to the package
  6. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective items or if we made an error with your order. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being exchanged.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase
  • JazzCash: Refunded to your JazzCash account
  • EasyPaisa: Refunded to your EasyPaisa account

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@boohoostyle.com and send your item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size. We will process the refund for the returned item once it is received.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@boohoostyle.com.

6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@boohoostyle.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
